Canada needs to have a plan to rely less-heavily on foreign workers

Corporations should not be given the opportunity to pay lower wages rather than hiring a skilled Canadian citizen into the role. Canada needs to take a hard look at reducing the amount of poverty, welfare, and unemployed in Canada.
