Should Canadian aboriginals receive more government funds?

The indigenous people get a lot of funding from the government as is

This includes generations to follow. As an example, my indigenous cousin who is the last of the bloodline, and is on the autism spectrum, has received free services to Aid with speech therapy and occupational therapy. This same opportunity is not offered to another family with the same diagnosis.
