Should the government subsidize ride-sharing services for low-income individuals?

No there is public transit and trains that for people that can’t drive, won’t drive, or can’t afford to drive

Possibly subsidized transit costs could be offered on a case by case basis dependent on income. I believe only a subsidy should be offered to these individuals as long as they hold a full time job.
