We are obligated to take care of each other globally

We should increase aid to those we affected with climate change or other western actions, like supporting or not speaking up against occupation. We need to decrease aid to anyone taking part in genocide. Zero aid should go to Zionism, lots of aid to Palistinians and climate refugee, and war refugees

Yes, but only for non-surgical treatments such as puberty blockers and hormone therapy
