Again, God gave us a natural father and a natural mother for a reason…to provide specific guidance and structure to a child’s life which is necessary for the child;s development.
However, worst case scenario would be to allow children to be adopted by this demographic. If there is a low adoption rate, this would be a worst care scenario.
