Yes, but: put funding into programs that help people discontinue drug use, enforce mandatory attendance of one of those programs for people who are in public doing drugs, increase enforcement of existing laws wrt drug dealers. Drug possession and use should only be decriminalized for people who are holding a personal amount, and they should be directed towards programs that get them off drugs and reintegrated into society. Let's not be California or Portland.
