Faster/ cheaper options would alleviate the highway traffic congestion. Better rail options could get trucks off the roads. Highways for trucks or time restrictions (especially in the GTAA area. High speed train/ tunnel etc... We (in Canada, especially the Niagara-Toronto corridor) are desperately behind when comparing to the rest of the modern world. It's embarrassing!
