Should the government reduce public sector borrowing?

The federal government alone spends over $50 billion per year on debt servicing

That's over double our military budget, & more than we spend every year on the Canada Health Transfer. Continuing to borrow will only make the number higher, & eventually we'll get into a debt spiral of having to borrow money to pay the interest on money we already borrowed.
