There is not enough resources put in place for phycological care, there needs to be more funding, especially given the rise of homelessness in the country, and harsh material conditions that people face on a day to day.

It has shown me that not all mental health issues all "black and white" and need more help and understanding before we can provide the help needed.

I believe the government is doing as much as they can and you can't force people to get help, some people don't want it and don't need it.

I find that it is much harder, since people claim to understand and help. They barley do anything.

Ive seen people who have disliked the idea of therapy and it has changed my perspective on seeking help.

My personal challenges are things I'm certainly not going to say on here.

Yet, they have certainly vastly changed my perspectives on people who do have mental struggles and the ways they may seek aid.

Mainly, I think that the care people already show for those who are going through mental health challenges is amazing. And I'd like it if we could continue in that way : )

i think that the way you're raised with the topic of mental health is the way you`ll seek help or not.

Going through your own challenges and getting the proper help to lead you in the right direction spotlights how important it is to reach out and get the help you need.

 @9VFV732from Ontario  answered…6mos6MO

Life is full of struggles. When you need help, reach out to a family member, close friend, or loved one. I think everyone goes through things it just truly matters in the way you go about it.

 @9VB8FGDfrom Ontario  answered…6mos6MO

the only support I need is support from my family and support from goverment

 @9V8NVJ4from Ontario  answered…6mos6MO

I have never had Mental Health but if I did I would just try and breathe and talk to someone and stay off my phone.

 @9XYC3PVfrom Ontario  answered…5mos5MO

I work in mental health services. I have also used services this past year and will continue to do so.

 @9VFSPYKfrom Ontario  answered…6mos6MO

Life is full of struggles, what makes it easier is the people in your life and the people you reach out to.

 @9VCVSTMfrom Ontario  answered…6mos6MO

I think it's important to trust the people around you that you're close to and it's important to seek help if needed.

 @9VBMTQ8Conservativefrom Ontario  answered…6mos6MO

I have been seeing a therapist for over two years now. In that time I have done much growing and have also learned many skills. My life is better for it and I encourage more people to talk to someone if they feel they are in need of assistance.
