Basically you get nothing. Your food is a sort of mush with all essential vitamins and minerals three times daily. Temperature is controlled, you have a daily support worker to be there for you, you don’t get a mattress, you don’t get a blanket, you don’t even get a window. You get the bare bones of what’s needed to survive. This is what a person who commits first degree murder gets
