Generally yes, but I feel it is most important to lower taxes for the poor

In terms of the wealthy, I feel we should just make it generally harder for them to become more rich above a certain point, others need the money more than them.

You see a lot of rich people keep getting richer, and although I feel it would help to tax them, I feel we should also give them incentive to funnel some of their money into things that help their local community, or improve the lives across the nation.
