Should there be more restrictions on the current process of purchasing a gun?

The current process is already fairly rigid and quite effective

I don’t agree with spending more tax dollars to focus on law abiding citizens. Do something about the border and gang activity. Put the tax dollar focus where it could actually make a difference rather than being used as a tool to make a politician look good to citizens who are uneducated on guns and gun law.
