if someone was pushed to do something they didn't want to

examples being sexual assault especially at a young age why should they have to not only live with the trauma of it but also the fact that they may not be able to help or support the child they would have to have.

Yes, but only for non-surgical treatments such as puberty blockers and hormone therapy
