They’re right in the sense that their individual carbon emissions don’t matter on a global scale. But they can make an impact on their local environment

Human beings are a part of ecological system. The stratification of ecological systems is quiet complicated comprising of different living organisms. An act from a single human being can cause harm to the ecology.

I have never heard the word, nor know what you are asking. Regarding the statement, each of us can voluntarily do something that benefits the natural world in which we live, be it our own property or how we conduct ourselves on public property.
