A "family" is a unit that one sees themselves as close to, whether they be related to others in it or not

I use to think of it as exclusive to blood relatives.

Capital punishment or the death penalty is a legal process whereby a person is put to death as a punishment for a crime. Canada abolished capital punishment in 1976.

Yes, but only for non-surgical treatments such as puberty blockers and hormone therapy
