family is the people who raise you and you grow up around. I believe over time I've realized its not just blood relatives and you can gain "family members" through out all of life.

A family is a group of people who are related to each other biologically or through adoption. Typically a nucleus family consists of a mother and a father along with their children. However this is not always possible in some situations such as in single parent households or multifamily households consisting if grandparents and or aunts and uncles or even gay couples. As long as children are raised with love and care by the people responsible for them is what would define a family

I would describe a family as a group of people living in a home, with a mother and father in marriage overseeing the household.

For me, family is a group of people who share a deep bond, love, and support for one another. It's not just about blood relations, but also about the connections we form with people who are important to us. Personally, my definition of family has evolved over time. I used to think of family strictly in terms of biological relationships, but as I've grown and experienced different relationships, I've come to realize that family can extend beyond blood ties. It can include close friends, chosen family, and even pets who bring joy and love into our lives. Family is about the people who make us feel loved, accepted, and supported, regardless of how we are related to them.

when i was young I used to believe that "family" referred to your biological relatives. Now I know that it can refer to your community, your adoptive family, or your close friends

A biological male as the father...a biological female as the mother ...biological males as sons...biological females as daughters. Always has been and always will be my definition of a family!

I define family as a mother and father, or at least what a family should be. I do not oppose people who are not that family with kids, but I think that raises the best chances for a child.

I thought it means mom and dad happily together "one big happy family" but I've never had that, y family is very complicated so I think family could be anyone, even if you're not blood related.
