I think its cool how much diversity there is, even in places where you wouldnt expect to hear other languages
i think that is important for the rights of everyone to be held to the same standard

I feel intrigued by the language and a drive to learn more languages. I feel this way because I think all languages are unique forms of communication.

I am not bothered by people speaking languages that I do not know, if anything I am more intrigued by them and wouldn't mind learning more about the language & culture.
I feel like I’d love to understand them more and would tec to make a device so there is no language barrier
I love it! It makes me feel so comfrortable, happy and glad that people feel safe enough to speak their own languages. I think I feel this way because as a person of colour, I'd hate to not be able to speak my own different languages. Also, imagine people who don't speak English, it would be reallyy hard for them therefore negatively affecting Canada.

Mostly I wonder what language it is, and if it's just French people talking too fast for me to understand. This is because I know French and I sometimes like to test my skills by mildly eavesdropping on French people's conversations.
Canada is a nation made up of immigrants, people from all different backgrounds, it is a patchwork made of the entire world. I am happy to see people celebrating and keeping their culture alive, My family also immigrated to Canada, and for me it always makes me happy to hear people speak the languages of my heritage.
I get a warm feeling knowing my country also this amount of wide diveristé.
When I hear languages that I don't understand, I feel left out because I do not understand what the other person is saying. It also gives an awkward feeling between us as we are talking to each other without understanding each other.
don’t mind unless they’re loud and annoying but that goes for anyone
Canada should be proud of its multicultural population

I feel indifferent. I believe this is because the way in which someone else communicates with someone is none of my business, and no one is demanding me to learn other languages.
I wonder about what they’re saying! That’s all. Honestly, I think other languages and forms of communication are super cool. I appreciate the different ways language has developed, and people speaking in another language doesn’t bother me at all. Unless they’re trying to give me directions. Then it’s confusing.
as long as they aren’t annoying there is not problem w it

Curious, and a little bit envious. I am fascinated by the human capacity for language and I wish I spoke more languages.

Languages are OK, as long as everyone have conversational capability in English.
I don’t really think much of it because it doesn’t affect me in anyway. There are so many different languages in the world, these people are just like me, they just speak a different language. Also since I live in Canada, we have the most diverse population and constantly let in immigrants, so it isn’t abnormal to hear people speaking another language.
I feel happy knowing this country is all inclusive and don't care if anybody mentions me in another language.
I love hearing other languages, it doesn't matter that I don't understand them myself, diversity in canada is important to me
Its fine to me, its not like i can understand what they're saying, and i don't need to know what they're saying
I feel completely indifferent. Everyone has the right to speak their own language.
I feel normal because it's their tradition, values, customs and language preferences which they want to speak. It's their choice and everyone should have the right to make choices.
I think we should all speak the same language here because i have no idea what a french person is saying.

I don’t really feel anything, it’s none of my business what other people are talking about. I wouldn’t care if I could understand them either.
@9LM3CLJNew Democratic12mos12MO
I don't feel anything, it is simply
a language i don't understand and not a threat to me
When I hear languages I don’t understand I wanna learn what there saying so I can communicate with them
I do not think about how I feel when people speak languages I do not understand. If it evokes any feeling, it should inspire a drive for people to learn more languages.

It doesn't affect me and I find it to be interesting when I hear a language that i don't know because it reminds me we're all different
