I don’t really think much of it because it doesn’t affect me in anyway

There are so many different languages in the world, these people are just like me, they just speak a different language. Also since I live in Canada, we have the most diverse population and constantly let in immigrants, so it isn’t abnormal to hear people speaking another language.
