Banning plastic products doesn't necessarily mean less pollution

The plastic product production is one of the most used production in the world. There is over 380 million tons of plastic produced every year and it would take more resources to produce more biodegradable products. Using the plastic and recycling it is the best way to maintain plastic production and would be more efficient than spending excess materials on biodegradable product. Biodegradable product would be non-reusable and would therefore cause excess production of more biodegradable material, thus increasing the production of biodegradable material and creating more product pollution than before.
