Abortion policies have historically targeted marginalized communities, people of color and the "undesirable" including disabled people under the guise of scientific eugenics and "fittest for survival" mentality prevailed in the early 20th century, especially in the United States but very much so in Canada as well. Furthermore, abortion is nothing less than murder and ends a life. Science says between 12-16 weeks, the baby is capable of feeling pain and have its nervous system in operation. Women should be aware of where their baby is in development, shown an ultrasound to make a fully informed decision without pressure from abortion clinics for women to make a snap decision benefiting only the clinics bottom dollar line. Abortion is a for-profit industry and operates like a business. Abortion should be limited to cases of the life of the mother, rape or incest for the sake of valuing life.
