wile some and most drugs do some sort of damage, the amount of damage is dependent on the drug

a good hand full of drug can be therapeutic, and can help a lot of people in need. although precaution need to be in place so damage or dependence does not occur

Yes, but only for non-surgical treatments such as puberty blockers and hormone therapy
