We have the wealth and ability in Canada to feed, house and provide medicine to all Canadians, but do not due to capitalism

A more socialistic approach will provide a equal and equitable distribution of resources including medicine. Access to government paid medicine should be a right in Canada.

Yes, but only for non-surgical treatments such as puberty blockers and hormone therapy
