Abortion can never be regulated because people will find a way to kill their babies regardless

However, in a country with subsidized healthcare, it is not only morally wrong but also financially irresponsible to force people who don't agree with abortion to pay for the abortions (via taxation) of citizens who are often times getting these abortions out of convenience.
