I don't think it should be illegal but we definitely should not call it "marriage."
Marriage is a biblical thing between a man, a woman, and God. There is no other combination for marriage.

Marriage is a expression of love between two willing people. Obviously, there are biblical ties, but the thought of marriage as a strictly religious expression is archaic. Marriage for people now is an expression of love, or to be one under the government's eyes. This argument is incredibly arrogant and moot, as marriages are regularly held outside of churches, between people of a generation where in most cases were raised a certain religion, that have not practiced said religion in years.
