If a woman is dying when pregnant, saving herself is the first priority even if it means killing her baby

Same goes if the baby is dying in the womb, you don’t want it to suffer and killing it would put it out of its suffering (also having and dying baby in a woman wouldn’t be healthy for the woman) .
