If middle income families are forced to go to a single vehicle while multi-Tesla homes are on the rise, the problem could be rooted in corporations willingness to spend budgets on high end items driving up prices out of the reach of the working class. Shareholders that have a large stake in a company tend to also behave like they are rich owners. While they squeeze every dollar out of a corporation, we are subsidizing wages. Taxing the corporations more is a disincentive to invest in Canada, and jobs move to where they are cheapest rather than most effective. quality goes down and shipping goes up. So consumers spend the same for garbage quality on products they cannot fix themselves or need to pay a subscription fee. Raising or lowering taxes is a political talking point designed to help us ignore the actual problems because taxes do not solve problems.
