Dual citizenship would be a great enabler in the free movement of labor and ensuring the best opportunities for a person, for example, if a person was a citizen of the United States and Canada, this would provide a wider range of job opportunities.
This being said we should make sure that if citizenship of dual countries were granted it be granted on the condition that the two countries are on good terms.
