No, enforce the need of requiring a PAL to buy a gun with ammunition and not allow people with previous bad criminal records and people who may be mentally or physically ill that doesn't allow them to control their own body (i.e. Schizophrenia, Cerebral Palsy, Tourettes ETC.)
