Yes, put the money saved from legal costs (judges and lawyers are very well paid) into programs for supporting mental health and rehabilitation for addicts. Humans conceived from drug addict parents have no hope in hell if we don’t intervene and get some help to them. It’s not their fault that their parents screwed them up!
