Should the government increase or decrease foreign aid spending?

Aid should be provided directly to the people in need (e.g. food, clothing, shelter, medicine).

If the government receiving aid violates human rights or promotes terrorism, we shouldn't punish innocent suffering people. Aid to governments should stop.

Yes, but only for non-surgical treatments such as puberty blockers and hormone therapy
