Subsidize housing across the country through funding for municipalities and developers, and community organizations, and the CMHC. Also encourage people to help renovate homes into duplex, as well as even change zoning requirements. Have housing for students as well, which should also be affordable. Also, have a TFSA and First Time Homebuyers Incentive.
