Stupid waste of time. Qualification should be entirely based on competency and blind to ethnicity, sex or religious affiliation.

In a diverse society everyone needs to continue to increase their knowledge and in employment, knowledge is a tool to better equip employees to do their job more competently. Diversity training should then be equated with job competency skills.

Canada is made up of diverse communities. Education brings understanding and everyone needs to learn they are on Indigenous lands and have responsibilities to the Original Peoples and their lands.
