Should businesses be required to have women on their board of directors?

We should reinforce equality for women in high-level roles like a board of directors for a certain period to let it become the norm. Then, lift the mandate away to let qualifications become the requirement and allow people to reinforce that norm implicitly without needing it to be explicit.
