Muslims are not terrorists

This is a ridiculous stereotype that we should never pass into law as it would result in many deaths. If there is an uptick in terrorist attacks after a mass immigration wave from a certain country, then impose stricter immigration laws on that country regardless of the religions of the individual immigrants.
