Not only is this lowering the funding of rehabilitation centers but this is also promoting a level of security for those who enjoy taking drugs, making it look OK. THERE SHOULD BE BETTER WAYS AND SOLUTIONS. LET'S MAKE THIS LOOK NORMAL AND OKAY BECAUSE IT IS NOT!
