Those who have committed illegal acts to acquire drugs should be judged accordingly, and drug usage should come at some sort of financial price. It shouldn't be illegal, per se, but there should be consequences for those who commit offensive acts under the influence. Also, there should be more funding put into rehabilitation and addiction treatment centers for those who are more susceptible to abuse of said drugs.
