Decriminalizing all drug use would result in much more drug use and by proxy a far less stable society

If all people rely on drugs for base function then life expectancy shortens dramatically and the world completely slows down. Jail for a month or less and rehabilitation for as long as necessary.

Yes, but only for non-surgical treatments such as puberty blockers and hormone therapy
