only for drugs that are scientifically proven to not be harmful like cannabis some psychedelics ketamine when taken properly other than that for drugs that are harmful the users should be rehabilitated for the sellers they should be rehabilitated to do more legal professions then drug smuggling and selling instead of jail time because of every person locked up harms allot of things economy families health mental health etc
