Run lean administration of programs (not necessarily gov austerity)

new approaches, quantifiable assessment of program delivery effectiveness, including assessment of core issues. People should be concerned about the wide gap in executive wage and compensation in all gov, crown agencies...and the private sector, equity redistribution
