Yes, but proper infrastructure should be put into place for it’s employees and ALL levels of command/management should be vetted, go through extensive anti-discrimination and have a certain level of education. At the same time, these positions should not be life-long, they should be open for input from Canadians and how they feel, and changes should be made accordingly.
