yes, but not for all drugs because some them are used for medical purpose which are used in medicines, patients need that to be alive, so drugs which are used in medicine should not be banned but those drugs should be supplied under the security of police only to the medicine factory . Along with this they keep an eye on them as they should sell that drugs to public, for money.
