Everyone is equal no matter their opinion, color or life choice

The federal government doesn't need to ask these questions or even know what the person looks like to hire them. As for private businesses, if your applying for a job that requires a certain look. That isn't discriminating to say a person isn't qualified for this job

Capital punishment or the death penalty is a legal process whereby a person is put to death as a punishment for a crime. Canada abolished capital punishment in 1976.

Yes, but only for non-surgical treatments such as puberty blockers and hormone therapy
