Forgiveness is not the answer

The cost of attending university has ballooned to a point of no return and needs to be limited by the government to prevent massive debts. Alternatively find a way to increase competition between universities to lower prices.

Yes, but only for non-surgical treatments such as puberty blockers and hormone therapy
