No, The Batteries would freeze in the cold, making all buses useless during winter, electricity is most often produced using coal, witch is a fossil fuel. so stick to gas while we find a renewable energy source.

yes but no at the same time. I think this way is more effecting and is a good way but once the batterie runs out you cannot move till otherwise.
