Foreigner should be banned from buying investment homes while there is a shortage of homes for Canadian residences. This can be reviewed at a later time after we’ve controlled the immigration and housing problem.

Permanently banned them. If they aren't it’s like why why do you get the right by home but the guy who lives here doesn’t know if that’s someone who lives here but isn’t a citizen oh good so when you get citizenship, then you get all the right becoming a Canadian citizens.

Limit the amount of homes they can purchase forever and levy higher taxes and vacancy taxes on the homes they do buy.

Foreigners with no knowledge of the English or French language, that originate from questionable countries like China or Iran, and that have no intention of living in Canada and respecting our nation should not be allowed to buy homes and drive up the price

Are they foreign and living in the home they buy? They should not be banned. Are they foreign investors buying up property? They should be banned.

Should be banned from buying houses ever. Leave Canadian houses for Canadians

Only if they’re buying to rent it out and make it overpriced. You should only be able to buy a house to live in, where you live.

Depending on the intent. It would be allowed if it were for the intent of real estate investing, not for living in

if they aren’t legal in canada then yes but if they are a canadian citizen then they should be able to buy a house whenever
