I think once immigration practise are under control, the housing market will be more available for Canadian Citizens and we won’t have to build more houses. Also, we need to protect farmland.

Depends on the type of housing. There's no point if it's only single family units in neighbourhoods that prioritize high property value. Needs to be units that are affordable for first time buyers. There also probably needs to be rents caps so that working class people aren't priced out.

Yes, the housing sector should be nationalized. Zoning laws should be taken over by the federal government and single-family zoning must be abolished to preserve farmland and green space.

The government should subsided affordable environmentally and economically stable housing. Multiple family residents and apartment based housing. Single family home should be second in line for subsides.

I am unsure. Thats a lot of homes, but a lot of people do need them. If possible, repairing housing would be great, and giving free/low rend housing to the homeless would also be a good option. I have seen too many green spaces and thriving ecosystems be destroyed for real estate.

Yes, and the government should build more than 1.4 million new units of non-market housing

Yes, But for those who are low income, homeless and it isn't at the expense of farmland and green space. As well as rebuilding/repairing existing houses.
