Should the government subsidize the building of 1.4 million new homes over the next four years?

I am unsure

Thats a lot of homes, but a lot of people do need them. If possible, repairing housing would be great, and giving free/low rend housing to the homeless would also be a good option. I have seen too many green spaces and thriving ecosystems be destroyed for real estate.
