Should the government increase or decrease foreign aid spending?

This shouldn’t be a set number

It should flex with the amount we are able to give after supporting the people in Canada. We cannot decrease because other country's rely on our help. But if we flex with our economy and deficit we could continue to help others and ourselves without sacrificing anyone.

Capital punishment or the death penalty is a legal process whereby a person is put to death as a punishment for a crime. Canada abolished capital punishment in 1976.

Yes, but only for non-surgical treatments such as puberty blockers and hormone therapy
