Should there be more or less privatization of hospital and healthcare services?

All essential healthcare should be under the public system

IF, after all tax dollars are spent there is bandwidth for healthcare workers to take on additional work outside of the public system, for example operating room time that is not needed for public healthcare, then Canadians should be able to pay for a service taking them out of the queue for publicly funded healthcare.
