Pretty sure our justice system allows violent offenders out far too quickly, let alone keeping non-violent offenders. We should hold violent offenders longer and those that cause significant harm whether violent or not. For those that society would not benefit from incarcerating, there should be legitimate rehabilitation requirements such as community service or skill building.
